Is WHOIS privacy actually free?
Yes — on every TLD that supports it (a few country-code TLDs like .au don't allow it by registry rules, which we'll flag at checkout). No tier upsell, no "premium" privacy. It's on by default and stays on.
Will the price go up at renewal?
No. The price you register at is the price you renew at — for the lifetime of the domain. The only time it can change is if the registry itself changes its wholesale price (rare, but it does happen for TLDs like .com once every few years).
Do I have to host with you to register a domain?
No. You can register a domain here and host it anywhere — point the nameservers wherever you like. We don't bundle, we don't lock in.
What happens if I want to leave?
We give you the EPP / auth code immediately on request, no hold-period nonsense. ICANN's 60-day post-registration transfer lock is the only delay we can't control, and we'll tell you exactly when it lifts.
Are there any add-ons that get auto-billed?
No. Auto-renew is opt-in. WHOIS privacy is free. DNS hosting is free. Email forwarding is free. We don't have a separate SKU for any of those because they're table stakes.
