Do you actually do free migrations, or is there a catch?
Genuinely free, and done by a human engineer. There's no concierge fee, no "premium migration" upsell. We migrate as many sites as your plan supports, including custom configs, multisite installs, and WooCommerce stores.
What happens at renewal — does the price go up?
The price you sign up at is the price you renew at. We don't do the standard hosting trick of advertising $1.99/mo for the first year then quietly billing $7.99/mo afterwards. If we ever change plan pricing, existing customers stay on their original rate.
Can I run WooCommerce on a WordPress plan?
Yes. Every plan ships with object cache (Redis), HTTP/3, and a tuned PHP-FPM pool that handles the not-cacheable bits of WooCommerce (cart, checkout, account). The Business plan adds dedicated workers if you're regularly seeing 50+ concurrent checkouts.
Is support actually 24/7, or just for emergencies?
24/7 for chat and tickets, with median first-response under 2 minutes. The team is distributed across multiple timezones, with always-on overnight coverage from a US partner team. Phone support (callback within 15 minutes) is included on Business and above.
Where are the servers?
You pick your region at signup — Ashburn (US East), London (EU), or Sydney (APAC) — and migrate between regions later with no downtime. The CDN edge has 220+ POPs globally.
What's your backup policy?
Daily automatic backups with 30-day retention on every plan. Backups are stored off-site in a separate region. You can restore the entire site, or pick individual files and tables, from the control panel without contacting support.
Can I use my own SSL certificate?
You can, but you usually shouldn't. Free Let's Encrypt SSLs are issued automatically and renewed forever. If you have an EV cert or wildcard for compliance reasons, we'll install it for you at no charge.
