Do I have to pay extra for PanelDNS?
No. The full white-label platform is included free with every WordPress and Agency hosting plan — branded portals, vanity nameservers, WHMCS modules, and two hosted PowerDNS nameservers, at no extra cost. The only billing is what you charge your own clients.
Is it genuinely white-label — do my clients ever see PanelDNS?
No. Clients log into a portal on your own domain, with your logo and colours, and their domains use vanity nameservers (ns1/ns2.youragency.com). PanelDNS and HostingSimple don't appear anywhere your clients can see.
How does billing work — do you bill my clients?
No, you do. We bill your PanelDNS plan; you bill your clients through your own WHMCS at whatever retail price you set. The native WHMCS modules automate provisioning and recurring billing, so the only thing you manage is your markup.
Can my clients manage their own DNS?
Yes — that's the point of the branded self-service portal. Each client gets scoped access to only their own zones. With approval workflows and RBAC you can let them make changes freely, require sign-off, or keep control entirely in your team's hands.
