What counts as a "site" in my plan?
One installation of WordPress, on one primary domain, with its own database. Subdomains, multisite, and staging environments don't count toward your site total — they're included.
Can I resell hosting to my clients?
Yes. The white-label client portal is built for this. We bill you a flat agency rate, you set whatever retail price makes sense for your clients, and you keep the difference. Most agencies on the platform charge between $35–$120/month per site.
What does "your own instance" actually mean?
Every Agency plan runs on an instance with no other customer on it, and each WordPress install sits in its own resource-isolated container with CPU and RAM quotas. A spike on one client site can't starve another, and no stranger's traffic reaches your hardware at all. We don't claim a processor core of your own: the underlying vCPU is scheduled by a hypervisor on every instance type in the industry, ours included. What you get is the box to yourself.
Is there really no migration fee, even for 50+ sites?
Genuinely free. An engineer copies each site over, validates it on staging, and coordinates the DNS cutover. The only thing we ask: schedule big batch migrations a week ahead so we can plan team capacity.
What happens if I exceed my site count?
You'll get a heads-up at 90% capacity. We don't auto-charge overages — you choose to add capacity or upgrade. Add-on sites are billed at the same per-site rate as your current tier.
What's the uptime SLA?
99.99% monthly uptime on every Agency plan, monitored 24/7. We publish live uptime, incident history, and scheduled maintenance on our public status page — so you can always hold us to it.
Can I get a single invoice for all my client sites?
Yes — that's the default. One monthly invoice for your agency account, regardless of how many client sites are running. PDF, NetSuite-friendly format, GST handled if applicable.
Do you have a partner / referral program?
30% recurring commission for the lifetime of the customer, paid monthly. No tier minimums, no quotas. Most of our agency customers came in through other agencies — we'd rather pay them than buy ads.
